The Signature “Dinner on the Farm” is a culinary event that combines many special elements to make for a unique and memorable experience. Beginning with a farm tour by Arnold Farms owners Bill and Sarah Arnold, the evening continues with hors d’oeuvres followed by five courses prepared and demonstrated by four local Chefs. A selection of Pinot wines accompanies the meal, introduced and explained by a representative of Reliable Churchill Wines. The Dinner is priced at $95 per person.
Sunday’s “Supper on the Farm” is a family event with Chef Bill Lynch, owner and Executive Chef of Galena’s Kitchen, displaying the talents of his 32 years as a professional Chef, including positions at Phoenix’s Wig Wam Resort, Atlantic City’s Resorts, Pier 39 in San Francisco, Manufacturer’s Golf & Country Club in Philadelphia, and Disneyworld. Children will delight in the music of Rebecca Pitre and Friends and other farm activities. Children under 10 are free; ages 11 to 15 are $10; ages 16 and up are $20.
